Our goal is 100% board giving, as full participation demonstrates leadership, strengthens our credibility with funders, and ensures the sustainability of our mission. We are a working board with no full-time staff, so board service requires a real investment of time and energy. Members should expect to commit 3–9 hours per month to meetings, committees, and follow-up tasks, as well as attend major events (such as the Fundraising/ Networking Events and Golf Tournament) and actively support fundraising efforts.
